Place was charming and you can't beat the location. Wish there was AC but we managed. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options, but not as amazing as reviews. Bathroom is small but functional.

The place is an old Victorian style house and so its charm is countered by the lack of insulation. You can hear footsteps and other rooms. I'd stay there again for sure. Breakfast is great with eggs, toast, yogurt, and cereal. There's also a regular kitchen and fridge with coffee and hot water with tea available along with mugs to use.

The staff and owner were very friendly. I had a slight issue with the front door lock, figured it out but as soon as they found out, they expressed concern and investigated to ensure it worked properly. I felt very comfortable at Squibb House, thank you.

Breakfast is a real highlight. I stayed there for a week and enjoyed a different hot breakfast every day as well as cereal, oatmeal, variety of breads for toast, etc. The location is the best of the Village as one can have a nice stroll down the street and eat at the fine restaurants and drink at the wine bars without having to drive. The rooms are comfortable and cosy and the patio is rich with flora. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’m certainly looking forward to my next visit and staying at the Squibb house/barn again. Barb, 6/14/26

We stayed upstairs in the refurbished, newer bldg. where breakfast is prepared. The young lady who runs the kitchen does an outstanding job, cooking excellent hot foods and arranging other items in a nice buffet style. The check-in and checkout procedure is so simple that no staff needs to be involved and paperwork is not required. Afterhours, no problem either. The room is thoroughly clean, but a few minor mechanical issues could use some attention. Overall it's a great B & B that provides an exceptional experience for guests.

Overall house - extremely charming. It was lovely to stay in an authentic house with rich history Check in was really smooth and staff we interacted with during breakfast were really helpful. The barn was a lovely common area and we really liked the breakfast there. One thing to note is that there is no daily housekeeping or maybe it was because we only stayed for 2 nights. Another area of improvement would be an unpleasant smell in the room which would permeate if windows were left closed. Could be attributed to the aging infrastructure. But as a whole, we really liked the charming house, the staff and our stay in Cambria!

Quaint hotel

We enjoyed the quaint historical feel of the place while being just steps away from great shops to explore. Tons of great restaurants nearby so you can ditch the car for the entire visit!. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and would come back For another stay without a doubt.
