Great hotel for the price. We did a weekend getaway with our toddler and puppy both enjoyed. Best part is the beautiful views from the courtyard. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a great hotel with a peaceful atmosphere.

The inexpensive "Sands" section of the Cavalier Oceanfront Motel where we stayed was quite shabby; refrigerator didn't close, carpet was filthy, no AC. Fortunately, it shared all the amenities with the next door Cavalier with it's large oceanfront lawn, restaurant, and pools. Loved hearing the surf at night and watching the sunset from the lawns.

This was a great spot for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Our room did not face the ocean, but it was a close walk and the trails around this area are great for walking the dogs. The room had a larger refrigerator than most hotels, which since we brought lots of food worked out perfectly. Would absolutely stay here again as for the price, it was awesome.

The ladies when i checked in were so nice and welcoming! The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The property is so neat in its location and all it has to offer. I had take out from the restaurant on the property which was very good. I wish i was there longer. I will come back.
