The staff was available through whats app and did peovide iron when asked. The self check in post 5 pm worked well. Washroom was good size with all the amenities. However, the room was very very small for three people, with three beds there was tiny space in between beds and the entrance door. There were rooms which were definitely bigger ag the site. The room was also full of dust when we checked in and everything needed to be cleaned with wet wipes before using - e.g. side tables, kettle, top of the fridge, the open closet and hanging space. There is one waste basket in washroom - there should be waste basket in the room as well.

Die Einrichtung ist modern und es war sehr sauber. Der Online Check In hat nicht funktioniert. Dort waren zudem die falschen Reisedaten hinterlegt. Dies sorgte natürlich am Tag der Anreise für einen kurzen Moment der Unsicherheit. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, nur per Chat. Der Kontakt dort war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Der Fernseher bietet zwar die Cast Funktion, diese war jedoch in meinem Zimmer nicht nutzbar. Es war im Zimmer 101 zudem recht laut, da die Treppe des Hotels über das Zimmer hinweg führte und man jeden kommenden und gehenden Hotelgast stampfen hörte.

Al cambiar la temperatura objetivo a 30 grados, simplemente dejó de enfriar, pero no salía aire caliente. Llamé al número de contacto de emergencia. Terrible Uma suites, la limpieza no se hacía y el día que limpiaban lo hacían a medias. No sacudían, no dejaban toallas limpias, no lavaban retrete ni lavabo.
