Very clean and staff were fabulous! The street below is loud (which we knew from previous reviews but were surprised at how late the noise went). Thankfully the balcony doors are excellent sound barriers but we had to have the A/C on all night The location is excellent for exploring old town and the 2 mountains. We greatly appreciated all the delicious food and gracious character of the city.

Great place just had what i needed a bed &shower a bit small but okay and a tv very clean place loction is great 10 mins to old town and 2mis to the beach front in san sebastian host is very goog and very hepful.it does not do breakfast a but plently places to eat near by.would defentily stay here anging 5* also bar near by very cheap €9 for vokda&coke in old town€11.50 for same drink Thank you to lnaki

Good points our room was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable, weird they had one long pillow for the 2 of us not separate pillows! Water was hot, it was quite, the hotel is one the 1 st floor has a lift (But small), so you don’t have to carry your bags up the stairs! Our host could not do enough for us, I asked for an iron and he brought one! Excellent location, 2min walk to the beach, bars along the road old town close by, Down side the room was small, could cope with that , but the bathroom was tiny!! But would recommend! But if you want a big room this is not the hotel for you!

Lovely little place. Basic but it has everything you need, and this reflects the price. Complementary cold water on arrival. Very clean and perfect location close to the beach and old town for many restaurants. Iñaki was very helpful, giving us tips for our stay.
