Great central position. The room we were in was dark with 2 small windows facing into the centre of the building. I’m not sure where there was a garden terrace (as shown in the promo pics) we weren’t told about it. As a base it is an ideal location.

Ideal for solo travelers and couples. Quiet boutique hotel in a great location. Safe and easy after hours check in. Clean and eco-friendly. Small staff attentive and friendly. Walking distance to the beach, boating and hiking trails. Fresh flowers, farmers, seafood and meat markets around the corner. Affordable local cuisine to Michelin star restaurants. Everything San Sebastian and Basque Country has to offer!

Gorgeous hotel. We had an after hours checkin and instructions were perfect. Extremely clean place and very helpful, friendly staff. In a good location, a close walk to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Couldn't fault it.

Fantastic location and very helpful staff. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Casa Nicolasa. My only criticism would be the directions to the parking were a bit vague. It took us four times around to figure it out, but we did in the end and the parking we very good.
