Anne was incredibly kind, the accommodation was clean and had everything you could need. The breakfast in the morning was super delicious and an added bonus to the stay. Great location, would definitely stay again, and would recommend to my friends heading to San Sebastian.

Pension Ann is run by the friendliest, most helpful host you could imagine. We were moved to a far superior room after the first night, with en suite. The homemade breakfast (yoghurt +fruit, potato tortilla, cheesecake, jamon) was out of this world. The location in old town is perfect for everything, but yes it’s very noisy outside. Bring earplugs, especially during festivals!! Highly recommend

Simple, clean, and exactly what you need. Private room, shared bathrooms — nothing fancy, but everything felt well-kept and comfortable. The host was genuinely warm and welcoming throughout the stay. Great base for exploring the city. Would recommend without hesitation.

Anne is a joy and hysterical. She works very hard to ensure her guests are taken care of and understand the rules. It's a very small set of rooms on one floor so each room is very close and the sound travels easily. Now, this is a Pension so there are no amenities however, Anne makes breakfast for you with Jamon from her own family farm. Awesome, so good. Also, the freakin' water pressure is amazing, and for me that is a really big deal. Do note, some rooms are a 'shared bathroom', and some have their own bathroom...so be sure to know which you're booking. Good times with Anne!

The lady who runs this place is an angel, offered to do our laundry and made breakfast every morning. The location itself is very convenient and walking distance from all San Sebastian staples. Highly recommend!
