Todo virtual, la asistencia tarda mucho para responder y tienes suerte si en la habitación que te toca el aire acondicionado está funcionando. Está bien si vas por un día y no te importa la limpieza o el calor, supongo.

Posizione comoda con mezzi pubblici vicini per raggiungere il centro città. Stanza un po' piccola per tre persone, sistema per l'aria condizionata ingestibile: entrati in stanza con 30 gradi non siamo riusciti a farla partire, rientrati la sera dopo cena con temperatura a 18 gradi impossibile da spegnere. Abbiamo dovuto spegnerla dal contatore.

Soggiorno soddisfacente

La mia esperienza e' stata tutto sommato positiva, con solo due punti ciritici: a) all'arrivo mi era stata data una stanza col riscaldamento rotto (c'erano 17 gradi) e ho impiegato due ore per convincere la, per altro gentilissima, ragazza della reception a cambiarmi stanza b) la prima colazione, che ho preso solo per una mattina, era una delle peggiori che abbia mai trovato in un albergo. Per il resto la stanza era spaziosa, il letto comodo e il servizio soddisfacente. C'era una scrivania per lavorare ma senza illuminazione: una lampada in piu' non guasterebbe.

El hotel cumple con todas las expectativas de uno de 2 estrellas y más. Situado a cierta distancia del centro pero bien comunicado por 2 líneas de autobuses, la 5 y 25 con parada a pocos metros del hotel. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Dispone de un salón con máquina gratuita de café para llevar tu propia comida ( también en la habitación hay calienta leches) lo cual es de agradecer ya que no dispone de cafetería, pero pegando al hotel hay varios bares . Muy recomendable. La recepcionista muy agradable. Por poner una nota negativa es que la recepción está de 4 a 7 de la tarde, el resto es online. Por lo demás sobresaliente

Excelente hotel, cómodo, limpio, cerca para recorrer San Sebastián, aunque nosotros nos movilizamos en auto también hay autobús qué pasa por el hotel para ir a la playa o a los lugares de interés. La habitación cómoda y limpia, el baño grande y moderno. El desayuno bueno. En general nos gustó mucho este hotel, volvería sin dudarlo.
