We loved this hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The room was great, we enjoyed the very efficient bus service into San Sebastián. Although we didn’t get time to swim, the pool and bar looked great! We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to San Sebastián.

The hotel was brilliant. Lovely decor, easy location to either walk or catch the bus into the centre. Our room was cleaned daily. The bar / lounge area was always busy with a really nice atmosphere. The breakfast did the job. Staff always happy and friendly. Would recommend 👌

Superb place, great for families

Beautiful hotel, really friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were spotless and pool on rooftop was lovely. Bus service in the centre was very frequent so was very handy to have that at the door. Superb place.

My sister and I had an incredible stay at Leonardo Hotel San Sebastián. The hotel is absolutely impeccable — spotless, elegant, and perfectly located. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm, and always willing to help with a smile. We especially want to highlight the young woman at the front desk during the day — she was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and special.
