The room was great, with a little balcony to add. The staff was amazing, helping us get checked in a bit early after a long day of travel, and it was located perfectly to the best spots in town.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful, easy walking distance of San Sebastián with some lovely coffee shops and Pintxos bars close by. There was a slight damp smelling the room and coffee/tea facilities would be nice in the room as the free coffee/tea was not available until 12

We had a lovely stay here. It's a nice and well maintained hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly young man. The rooms are as mentioned on the website. All necessary amenities are present. A nice bonus was the small fridge since it was quite warm outside. We booked our stay with breakfast, at which we were welcomed by a friendly lady every morning. Breakfast was nice and there was lot's to choose from. I would stay here again when visiting San Sebastian.

This was a great hotel, perfect location and stylish. We walked everywhere from here, starting the day with the breakfast at the hotel. The only thing I wish to be better were the pillows.

The rooftop pool and roof terrace areas were great in the sunshine. Good gym. The room was a bit underwhelming in relation to the cost. Comfortable bed and good shower, though. OK but not great breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes walk to the old town where there are many BAL. The staff are very kind. Also, since I had to check out early, they booked a taxi for me.They prepared a breakfast box in the next morning according to this situation.

Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Despite it being a busy strèet during the day, it was quiet at night and no bars or noisy restaurants nearby. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. 2 minute walk to cathedral and Bilbao Plaza for excellent pintxos. Easily walkable to Euskotren or main rail/bus depot across the river.

We had a great stay at this centrally located and modern hotel. The area was quiet and safe. Staff were very friendly. Our room, number 506 had a lovely built in terrace with views of the street. Close to the beach and bus station. Close to dining options. Great breakfast included and lovely breakfast staff to greet us each morning. Even provided gluten free options for us at breakfast as a priority. Very helpful cleaning and check in staff too. Welcome drink and free mini bar on arrival. We had a great 5 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location in San Sebastián!

This is a super little hotel beside the Cathedral, really short walk to the old town, the beach, the river, and the bus station! Really stylish and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were given a welcome glass of cava and upgraded to a room with a balcony. We didn’t book the breakfast option, so not sure how good that is, but there is free water and soft drinks in the rooms. Lovely touches.
