This hotel was perfect for us. Excellent location in smart central area of town by the cathedral. Everything we wanted to see was in reasonable walking distance. The staff were brilliant. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Negotiating the one way system was a bit challenging. lots of smart shops around. Loved the understated decor of the hotel. Freebies in minibar a nice touch. Towels provided for the beach. Fantastic, clean sandy beach and clean sea water - not something we’re used to in England. Highly recommended hotel.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Valet parking 25 euros a day, hard to get a reservation in the restaurant, we did get to eat in the bar once. Breakfast not included. Pastry, toast, yogurt and fruit 15 euros.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, but I want to focus on the exceptionally great service—the best I have ever experienced. They arranged transportation from the train station, booked a tour for us, helped us with directions, etc. I really have never experienced such top-notch hospitality. It was true pampering and luxury. Great rooms, restaurant, decor, location. Perfection!

The hotel was very good. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is nicely located near restaurants and shopping and is a 5-10 min walk to old town and the beach. The available breakfast is either a tasting menu or a la carte. There is no breakfast buffet available. The restaurant in the hotel is very good but more expensive relative to comparable restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Thank you!

The property was nice and the service was very good. The room was dark and the only window faced a shaft that didn't let much natural light in. It was very dark and claustrophobic room. The room description did not state that it didn't have outside light, so the expedia listing was a bit misleading.
