The breakfast is terrible they even charge you extra if you asked for milk for your coffee and they charge $2.50 for a bottle of water.

Excellent location in zona Rosa, in the heart of the city, and very kind staff. Rooms are comfortable. Only comment is that the tv signal is very bad. Everything else just fine.

I like the place because its very safe. Maybe they can change sitting furnitures since they need some cleaning. One of the A.C units, from the bigger room started to malfunction on the last day of of our stay. Apart from it, i recomend it to anyone

They tried to allocate me a bad basic room, with no wardrobe, desk, chair, or sofa when I had paid for an higher grade luxury "grand room" with all of these items listed. The allocated room had huge areas of pealing wall paint, dirt smudges and only a bedside cabinet for furniture. Clear attempt at miselling. I refused but they said no other room available. It was late so I accepted it on the basis of receiving my correct room next day (4 night stay). Internet did not work in this room, no hot wter night or next day, restaurant closed at 8pm when it states open till 10pm, one thin sheet on bed, no spare cover or blanket. Entrance and reception locked shut at 10pm but was never told of the night exit ( jokingly marked "emergency exit") at other end of complex, so couldnt get out at night. Next day got correct room, but internet still doesn't work. After much complaining, they hooked me up to the hotel admin dept one. In correct room, sofa was battered and ripped, water leaked from sink ever time used so had to mop it up very day. Two varities of omelette with avcompaniments offered as only breakfast food. You pay extra if you want fresh milk with your coffee or use free powdered milk. Good air con comfy bed. Staff helpful in ordering taxis etc, near eateries, stores etc. The hotel is run down and rooms nowhere as nice as pics show. I defitely dont recommend

The room was spacious and very cleaned. Sitting areas and dining areas were nice as well. Maybe the parking space isn’t big enough but their friendly personal makes it easy to park and exit the property.

Lamentablemente mi experiencia en Suites & Apartments San Benito Zona Rosa no fue la mejor. El precio no se justifica por lo que ofrecen. La cama “king” en realidad eran dos camas pequeñas unidas que se separaban constantemente, lo cual fue muy incómodo. Además, el lugar se siente descuidado: la pintura de las paredes tenía un color poco agradable y daba un aspecto apagado al espacio. El desayuno también fue una decepción, ya que cerraron antes de la hora establecida y no pudimos disfrutarlo como se anunciaba. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

1. There are cockroaches in the bedroom 2. Shared bathroom between 2 rooms 3. Unlocked bathroom door. 4. There is no coffee service or option to heat water to prepare coffee yourself. 5. a lot of noise outside the room 6. Breakfast was limited and lacked options. 7. There are a lot of mosquitoes 8. Little interest in helping guests. 9. The rooms didn't have a refrigerator.

The place is in a nice, quiet area with many walking distance restaurants and places. However, the apartment needs to be cleaned up. The curtains are dirty, the bathrooms need a little more clean and in one of the apartments there was not hot water.
