Personal inadecuado para actuar en emergencias , mi niña se quedó encerrada en un clóset y no mantenían llave para abrir , no querían dañar la puerta y por eso paso 25 minutos encerrada , se llamó al 911 porque ellos no podían resolver , llego la policía y por medio de ellos se pudo romper para el acceso , no colaboraron en nada . Pésima atención en estos casos .
La chica de blanco no quería romper la puerta , mi esposa le pidió asistencia y lo que decía era que la niña podía abrir por dentro … el que está detrás era un huésped porque no tienen más personal

Hotel muy accecible en el precio, el personal muy amable, pero las paredes de la habitacion estaban sucias, las sabanas tambien estaban usadas y tenian cabellos de los huespedes anteriores, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, y quedaba un espacio por el cual se podía ver hacia afuera y de afuera hacia adentro. Se sentia inseguro y carente de privacidad. Tambien muy poco espacio de estacionamiento, si llegas tarde toca estacionar practicamente en la calle.
