Very amazing stay for families and people who want to enjoy activities, the only minus is the address it gives you, your better off using Waze and putting the name of the hotel because I was lost in the sauce, other than that amazing food and staff!

Every staff member seemed annoyed and frustrated. Food was average. Drinks are small and limited. Room had low running water so it’s difficult taking a shower.

Well .. I paid for a room where 3 people need to sleep and they just gave me a queen bed .. one of my kids is 14 so I needed another bed. Food was really cold and very limited. The hotel said is all inclusive but they give you the cheapest beer and alcohol and they have better drinks but they want you to pay for them. The dance club was fun but is opened till midnight. There is just one pool and everyone was there so the beach was close but not that great. Karaoke was fun . But that’s about it .

BAR SERVICE IS AWFUL, THE GUYS ARE SO LAZY BEACH POOLSIDE IS FULL OF EMPTY BOTTLES THE SHOWER HEAD DOES NOT THROW MUCH WATER IN THE ROOM I WAS SERVED A DRINK IN A CHIPPED GLASS KAROKE WAS FUN AND FOOD WAS OK DESSERT MEH. THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL
