Staff in all levels has high standards so their service is excellent, the hotel is clean, very well organized even though had a lot of traffic (events going on) it never felt crowded. Amazing Stay. The reception desk staff were very professional and pleasant. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I really liked that they have a washer and drier for an extremely reasonable. price. I know that as I used some Laundry facilities in El Salvador. I love the garden with the mature trees, and the picnic table that it is an excellent idea. This hotel is right there 1-2 minutes walk to the Gran Via and its restaurants, Cascada and Multiplaza mall.
