We had a wonderful stay, Jason, Erica and the whole bar and dining staff were so nice and helpful. Security was super friendly, housekeeping was quick, fresh and extra towels delivered upon request. The garden was beautifully maintained. 2 swimming pools to choose from and a great quiet, but central location, just a quick 5 min walk to the heart of town. Rooms were a generous size and the beds were comfortable! We will be back without hesitation!

I really enjoyed the safety and customer service offered at Boca Olas. The grounds are very beautiful and make the stay very worth it. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and the breakfast restaurant area with views of the bay. The location is perfect and walking distance to any main attraction. Beautiful and peaceful resort. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful. Pools very clean and lots of lounge chairs around. Swim up bar nice. Rooms were clean and kept well. Nice relaxing outdoor space with hammocks, couch and table for certain rooms which I would highly recommend. Air conditioning worked well, showers had hot water. Food was ok-good. Location is great. Short walk to all restaurants and the busier area. Right on the water and close to the beach. Beach is mostly rocky so can’t swim right there in the ocean. Would come back again.

My take on the room… There was a separate/private room, but unfortunately it was very hard to sleep there. And the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bed near the sliding door felt unstable (tilted), the pillows were very hard. Service was okay, but it could easily be improved. For the price you pay per night, I expected a higher level of comfort and attention to detail. At check-out, no one asked how the stay was, I had to bring it up myself. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. I would love to recommend this place because the setting is beautiful, but these details should definitely be addressed.
