Hotel is a lovely location Plenty of parking Close to the centre (minimarket, bars etc) Easy walk to the beach across (under) the golf course We booked a lovely apartment with a great view, expecting a peaceful stay. However... the hotel had several 'blocks' of rooms. As it wasn't a busy period, they wanted to fill one block. This meant that we had a group of builders under us. They shouted non-stop during the evening which meant we had to stay inside (not using our own terrace). Then at 3am they got up, shouting to each other until 4am when they finally left. The acoustics were terrible - you can hear everything from the other apartments. Mixing holidaymakers with workers is NOT compatible. We had a terrible stay - horrible evening and practically no sleep after 3am. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place once you find it. It's not easy to locate, so be prepared. If you decide to go to dinner at one of the local restaurants, plan to walk as parking is impossible. The view is lovely and the inside is very comfortable for a family.

The property was beautiful! We could see the Mediterranean from the balcony. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us! Just an fyi- We copied and pasted the address into Google maps, which was a mistake. It took us to Gibraltar, if you click on the address from the app it takes you to where you need to go!

The rooms were spacious and check in was easy but when we checked in, they didn't seem to know anything about the property or area. The pool area was really nice and relaxing after sightseeing. However the A/C in the room didn't work as we couldn't change the setting and it was very warm plus the room was a bit run down. The laundry facilities listed wasn't really much of an option unless you wanted to wash in a washer that was taped together.

Property is ok, a bit outdated but has everything you need. A bit of suggestion it would be nice to have a bit of basic condiments in the kitchen like salt. Beds are comfortable. Cleaning only once in 4 days so we didn't get any. Automatic key dispenser if you arrive after 8 pm Sunday - I tried and couldn't work it out but staff very helpful Solid 4 stars but don't expect very high standarts.

Stayed at this property for 2 nights in 2008 and really enjoyed it then, and decided to bring my wife and use it as a base to visit the area for her first time. The units are charming, but basic. We had a 2 bedroom apt. with a sun deck, great value of money in a late Late Feb. visit. With views over the Links course and onto the Mediterranean. While 18 years has gone by, nothing has changed, including furnishings, kitchenware and appliances. It’s a basic supply of items to support your kitchen needs. There was no modern coffee maker, it’s old school small espresso pot on stove. No modern toaster, it was flat heated grill from the 70’s, etc. Everything worked, and it is a solid 3 *** property, so we were disappointed but not shocked at what was available to us. We also found it odd that the room was not ‘prepped’ for our arrival like most properties do. blankets were not put out, lightbulbs not checked, outdoor patio chairs were still stacked the corner of the deck, windows still had their metal shutters down. We discovered everything, opened up the apartment to be bright and airy, but again things work differently in a 3 *** limited service property than a higher end property. In the end, we enjoyed our stay as the unit was spacious for 2 or even for a family. If your a golfer, you have 9 courses within 10 minutes, easy access to Gibraltar, Sotogrande for its shops and dining, but a car is needed, even just around property and to explore the area. Be Ready.

The hotel is located inside a secure, gated community and is conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and local amenities. The beach is just a short walk away, and there is even a wonderful chiringuito (beach bar) within easy walking distance of the hotel. We stayed in a penthouse unit featuring a large balcony equipped with a dining set and sun loungers—perfect for catching some sun. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all the necessary utensils for cooking. While the property is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area, everything is just a short drive away if you have a car. From there, it was an easy drive to the Rock of Gibraltar, and we even took a day trip to Estepona, which was another magnificent place to explore. The staff were wonderful. We experienced a brief Wi-Fi issue one night, but it was completely out of the hotel's hands as external contractors were doing utility work nearby. It certainly wasn't a reflection of the hotel’s own setup. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
