Location was great nearby transportation car service was quick when called. The one thing that was terrible was the wifi system the total time we were there missed an appointment because of it, also you have to watch out for the hot water it stays cold for a good while then all of a sudden scolding hot very dangerous in the shower.

Good location in San Rafael

A very nice place to stay--walking distance to central business district of shops, cafes, bars, and such. Walled in parking lot across the street from hotel. Friendly and helpful staff--a bit better choice at breakfast than the standard offerings in other hotels. Definitely recommend this place.

Habitualmente realizo viajes por visitas familiares a San Rafael y nunca me había alojado en este Apart hasta el día de hoy. No lo cambio por nada del mundo ya que me brindaron en mi estancia la comodidad y los servicios que junto con mi esposa requeríamos a un muy buen precio. El desayuno buffet es muy completo. Las habitaciones son amplias, lo único que dejo en observación es que cuentan con un placard de pocas dimensiones para una estadía de mas de cinco dias para dos personas.

Muy lindo apart.

Fuimos en familia , las habitaciones son tipo apart, muy comodas, nos toco sobre la calle. tiene un lindo futon con mesa ratona y 2 puff cuadrados, un mueble separa lo que seria la cocina comedor, mesas y sillas comodas con un tv lcd en el mueble y otro tv en la habitacion. Aire acondicionado en ambos ambientes y muy limpio todo. Instalaciones nuevas. Excelente la atencion en recepcion para ayudarte con las excursiones y demas . Felicitaciones. Solo para objetar, el gimnasio no esta abierto los feriados.

Desmejoró con el tiempo

Ya estuve otras veces en el Hotel pero ésta vez noté que desmejoró la calidad del servicio, el desayuno de excelente calidad pero no estaban preparados para atender, había que pedir todos los días q repongan los utensilios, faltaban platos, vasos, jugos, cubiertos, frutas.. Había, pero el movimiento de gente los superaba , y eso que tdv no era el feriado largo. El baño de la habitaciónstandar extremadamente pequeño,al salir de la bañera te chocás con el lavatorio o el bidet, y le falta mantenimiento, (moho en el techo). A pesar de haber mejorado en prestaciones,como piscina y Gym.Creo que es caro para lo que ofrece , ya fue mejor.

viaje a valle grande y ruta del vino

Este hotel es muy bueno relación costo beneficio , puedes hasta cocinar ahí tenían platos, copas mini refrigerador, aire acondicionado en buen estado, este hotel esta cerca de todo puedes tomar los taxis ahí mismo , la oficina de turismo al cruzar la calle, restaurante e incluso el supermercado ,mi esposo y yo la pasamos tan bien ahí la piscina estaba muy fría aun en verano pero te proporcionan toallas todo, lo súper recomiendo.

La pasamos excelente. El hotel se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. Para recomendar. Tal vez sea un poco elevada la tarifa, por el mismo importe conseguí una suite 4 estrellas en Mendoza Ciudad, a dos cuadras de la peatonal.

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel

They charge as if this was a 4 star hotel. It most certainly was not. the electricity went out, then the water stopped working. Everything is pretty bad quality. If the price was lower it may be worth it staying here as long as they would make sure there is running water and electricity working at all times!
