The staff was amazingly helpful! So kind. I took my daughter here for her 21st bday and she loved it. It’s very laid back not too wild of a party atmosphere but it was really good. The food was great. We had a blast. Lifeguard made me daughter feels safe and actually provided a life jacket to reassure her safety. Hotel manager made sure to get room decorated for her bday. Everything was on point. Thank you hm alma!

This property is a nice place even it's not front beach have acces to a nice Beach ,Dominicus turquesa waters and thiny sands two wood pier where you can take nice pict and fresh Shade . You can get this beach walking for 15 minute but this property offers free round trip from this property to the Dominicus beach every 30 minutes from 9am to 5 pm

Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations! We went here for our honeymoon, and I saw mixed reviews. The all inclusiveness is fantastic- the food, staff, and bar were absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations! The only issues we had were that the beds were super uncomfortable, the staff doesnt actually clean the sheets or room they just tidy it, and it was hard to talk to almost anyone (I reccomend brushing up on your spanish a bit before arriving!). There were some mix ups and problems, but the staff fixed them instantly and were cordial about it! 8/10, would definitely plan to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, however the resort itself was quite small, with not a lot to do besides the few scheduled activities. The pools were nice, but close early at 7pm. There isn’t much that happens after 10pm. Like many 3d world countries, there is garbage found around the property, but it’s more so in the bushes. The room was nice. However, when you go to an all inclusive, you expect to have room amenities, we didn’t have shampoo or body wash… so that was unfortunate. Overall, good place, but I wouldn’t go back unless someone else was paying.

The only positive of this place is the view. The pools overlooking the ocean is spectacular. The food especially in the buffet is limited and terrible tasting plus no authentic Dominican dishes. The waiters do not serve drinks, you have to go up to the counter and get water, juice, and coffee to serve yourself. The staff is not very welcoming - they rather talk amongst themselves instead to the guest. Sliding glass doors do not close all the way causing mosquitoes to be in the rooms. The alcoholic drinks taste water down also. Overall an experience I was not expecting for my honeymoon. I do not recommend this resort at all. It’s a limited all inclusive.
