Surprisingly Lovely Stay

We were in a large king room with quality furnishings and a lovely decor. The bed had good linens and was very comfy. We had a desk, a couch and a settee, as well and plentiful storage and a fridge. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and dinner in the second floor bar each evening. The food/drinks at dinner were excellent and very reasonable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice and quiet, with a decent restaurant, and it is a few meters from the entrance to the COPANTL hotel so it’s good for participating in events at the conference center there - it’s also about a block away from a mall with different shops, and a food court

About a block away from the Copantl hotel and convention center. This is a good alternative for a quieter and a little cheaper place if you are going to an event at the Copantl - it has a decent on site bar and restaurant

The staff was so sweet! The room was large, lots of lighting and mirrors! The bed was comfortable! I got there late and left so early so I did not try breakfast out but they offered that as early as 6:30am I believe, as well as WiFi! The room was maybe a little outdated but otherwise a safe, quiet, comfortable room!

Expedia sold us a king suit room. We had the room for one night and then we were bumped to another room. Toilet did not work. It was not what we paid for and no refund was offered. We were offered to move to their sister hotel. That is not what we paid for. No hot water.

Budget property

Our stay was adequate for the price. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable however we had 3 very flat pillows and were there for a surgery. I requested extra pillows the first evening and they were never brought. There is nowhere to purchase sodas or beverages of any kind until evening at the restaurant and not much within walking distance. They have a really nice bar area and we were there over a weekend, so would’ve thought it would be open for drinks in the evening, however they had music playing and a tv on but never saw any humans at all. It did feel very safe and quiet.

The property is cute but expedia is advertising they offer shuttle service to the airport and they dont. This is the main reason i picked the hotel as I needed to be to the airport at 5am. The girl at the front desk also tried telling me my payment didnt go through with expedia even though I pulled up my credit card bill showing that it was paid for. She tried to say I still owed and I told her it was her problem with expedia. I wasnt going to pay again. We got dinner at the restaurant onsite. The bartender was friendly and we got good service, but I now have a parasitic worm from the salad I ordered. Ive been sick for 5 days!
