It is the perfect location and very nice rooms for the area. It is right across the street from good restaurants and bars. A lot of young people so it’s a great place to meet other travelers. The rooms were clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub are great. Highly recommend if you plan to stay in San Pedro, it’s the best city for young travelers in my opinion and the hotel is right by the boats you take to the other cities!

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The rooms are NOT what are pictured here. When we arrived we were told our room was down the street. We were walked there by a hotel staff who showed us a door off the busy street, and down a dark and dirty flight of steps. The view is incredible, but it stops there. The room was dirty - the kitchen was beyond filthy with food splashed on the walls, an unlevel refrigerator, and a water container that looked unkept and unsafe. There were 2 bathrooms, but one had a shower that wasn’t functional and exposed plumbing and wiring - there wasn’t even a proper door! The other bathroom had a bath/shower, but no hot water. There was an air conditioner in the living space, but none in the bedrooms; in fact, only one bedroom had a fan. The bedroom with a fan lacked any windows. While the other bedroom had a window, you couldn’t open it due to the pounding music that blared until late in the night. The door to the patio had gaps that allowed in extra sound and bugs. On top of everything, the entire apartment smelled of mildew (and, when we arrived there was a strong aroma of cleaning products clearly being used to try to mask the odor). Overall, it was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking to enjoy their stay in San Pedro. The point of a hotel is to have a safe place to sleep and bathe - we didn’t get either!

Our stay here couldn’t have been worse. The first night, the toilet leaked all over the floor and I stepped in toilet water. The room was filthy, with mold on the ceiling and overall poor cleanliness. When they moved us to another room, it was even worse. There was blood on the trash can and unknown fluids on the headboard, sheets, pillows, couch, and other surfaces. The sheets and comforters were stained. The toilet didn’t work properly, and the sink wouldn’t drain. I messaged the front desk about the condition of the room and never received a response. I also tried calling through WhatsApp and got no answer. The property itself looks nothing like the photos on Expedia — everything is dirty and poorly maintained. I have photos to document and prove all of this. I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels that were far cleaner than this. Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, staff response, and overall experience
