Fantasy island for real…the staff is attentive from the restaurant, the bar, the reception, the concierge to maintenance. They are all professionals. It is beautiful and they all ensure they say your name. Exactly what you want on an island getaway. And the trees sing beautifully.

The nicest place to stay in San Pedro!! It is a little slice of paradise with no sargasso smell and expansive ocean views. It’s the “continental “ breakfast was more than sufficient and so fresh. All the staff are top notch. By far the best place to stay on Ambergris Caye! We will come back next year for our annual wedding trip.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The room was perfect and the air conditioner worked great!! The location of the property is convenient to town and the airport. The food was absolutely amazing!! We ate the continental breakfast daily, which was really good, but we also had several dinners there and everything that we had was exceptional. All of the staff were also super kind and helpful. We will definitely stay at the Victoria House again.

The property was a gem! It had everything we could have hoped for: delicious meals, drinks and food poolside, two beautiful pools, turn down service in the evening as well as housekeeping in the morning. The staff was so considerate and made a point to know our names. We rented golf carts and went to dinner one night in a nearby resort. The fitness center was top of the line and we enjoyed having it available to use each morning. The excursions director was great, and we enjoyed snorkeling (amazing) and fly fishing with a guide (also amazing). The bar on the property was a fun change of scenery and were able to eat there a couple times as well. This was a lovely facility and would definitely recommend.

For a Solo traveler, this hotel was perfect—safe, clean, and quiet. The staff were pleasant overall. There was one instance where I did not like a recommended drink but was still charged because “there was nothing wrong with it”-not very accommodating. Other than that, I didn’t have any issues. I rented a golf cart from across the street and it was free to park on the property. The pool and gym was perfect for me. It’s a nice place for couples and solo travelers. However, I wouldn’t recommend for girls trip.

This is a quiet small resort. Beautiful views everywhere. Small fridges in the room. I wish I had know that the resort provide free pick up from San Pedro airport and that you can rent a golf cart for them for 1 to 4hrs. We didn’t really leave the resort, so we could have saved that fee of golf cart rental.
Room had wonderful little details, like flowers everywhere.
Barely anyone was on the sand ocean view area.
Beautiful details to breakfast.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Victoria house this weekend. Very well kept property with the kindest staff ever. Victoria House was a great choice for us. The property is beach front with a gorgeous view . Staff was attentive and really friendly.
