Staff here are amazing, everyone from front desk to the cleaners and the landscape guys. These guys truly care about your experience. My only complaint was I wish I had stayed in a more upgraded unit, I knew it’d be basic but it was a little beyond that. It ended up being fine and we had a wonderful time.

The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for myself and adult son 2 veranda . Washer dry in unit was very convenient as we travel light. Staff was very helpful with everything. Cart delivered to property. Pickup at watertaxi and taken to airport . Communication was the best .sargassum was disappointment but not unique to this property

I can't say enough about this property. It was a beautiful condo on the beach. There's a pool, indoor bar/restaurant. They will stock the fridge for you, arrange transportation and excursions. Convenient to everything. I will definitely stay here again!

This property really felt like a home away from home. The condo is spacious and has beautiful view of the ocean. Two balconies and two bathrooms! Bonus for both a washer and dryer. The location is just north of the bridge so the city is easily accessible and yet the property is nice and quiet.

We stayed here with two youngs kids and had a great time. The suite was clean and very nice. The views of the beach are beautiful. The pool is small but nicely shaded by trees. The restaurant on property was limited but there are several options nearby. We rented a golf cart to get to town but it is walkable if you don't have young kids in tow.

The apartment was amazing, had everything we needed. Towards the end of our stay we were getting the bands from a hurricane which cause some leaking in our roof, they immediately moved us and upgraded us. We will be back. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great. Highly recommend

Tres Cocos Resort is a nice resort in a good location. It is very quiet, clean, spacious, and accommodating. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Tres Cocos in San Pedro, Belize. We were both surprised and pleased when we were contacted prior to our arrival to ensure our arrival was smooth and everything stocked. James and his staff were so helpful and kind. Our accommodation was just as described with the most fantastic view and ample outdoor space - perfect for watching the sunrise or set. We will be sure to return. Loved it.
