Balcony views over the beach are nice and the through breeze on a hot day is a nice change from AC (the AC worked well). Central location is easy walking distance for much of the north town. Towels for the beach a nice touch.

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Any short comings and concerns we conveyed to staff were dealt with swiftly. I can honestly say they did everything they could to look after us. Kitchen was super helpful as restaurants were getting expensive. The rooms were well layed out and clean. They had an information book in the room with pharmacy and emergency services as well as local attractions. Right on the water so you have a great view. Only thing is that the beach/swim area is very small and has lots of boats going through it so I never felt comfortable to go in the ocean there. This is of course outside of the hotels control but still made it so I had to go elsewhere for swimming. It's also super close to were the Carribean sprinter docks on San Pedro so take that one when traveling there. I had a great time here and would strongly recommend the Mayan Princess.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms are spacious with a full kitchenette to cook and store food. The balcony overlooked the beach and offered a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. They assisted us with booking excursion, taxis and golf cart rentals. We were quite pleased with the overall experience with staying here.

This was the best place we have stayed in the 3 years that we’ve come to San Pedro. It was spotless, quiet, and it was in a great location. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay at a great price.
