It is a very nice and quiet hotel. Perfect for resting and drinking some tasty pisco sours. But the infrastructure is a bit dated, so it doesn’t feel very luxurious and can be a bit uncomfortable. The staff was the best though!

Very convenient to main area of town. Extremely helpful staff which caught a flight mistake I made. Arranged a wonderful private tour and airport transfers for us. Exterior property needs some attention. Highly recommend.

Fantastic facilities and amenities, and very helpful staff. They upgraded our room and offered VIP amenities automatically. Excellent breakfast and great food at Casa Paniri, their in-house restaurant. Absolutely loved their complimentary coffee and tea station for guests. Beautiful rooms and even the crib for the baby was really nice. Would be nice if they could provide an electric kettle in the room upon request to make sterilizing baby bottles easier.

Good stay in San Pedro de Atacama

The hotel is a good option in San Pedro de Atacama. It is convenient walking from the main street in the town. The hotel has not parking, so you need to park in front of the hotel or around. The food at the restaurant is just ok. The only inconvenient we had was in the 2nd morning, when we arrived at 07:00 am to the restaurant to take the breakfast. We were informed the night before by the person in charge of reception that the breakfast started at that hour. However, on sunday and holidays the breakfast begin at 07:30 am. That 2nd morning was a Holiday. The person in charge of the restaurant (a man that I do not remember the name), SCOLDED me and my wife for being early on a Holiday, treated us like ignorant that cannot follow instructions. We felt very uncomfortable and we did not allow that man to serve us for the rest of the stay. We know service is not the best in Chile, but scolded people is even worst than a mediocre service.

Hotel muito bom e confortável. Quarto espaço e com mini refrigerador. Banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã é mediano. Poderia ter mais opções para veganos, inclusive leite vegetal. Poderia sinalizar os pães e bolos que são veganos. Os ovos mexidos ficam mal cozidos. Mas se pedir eles fazem individual bem sequinho. No geral é um excelente hotel.

The facilities of this hotel are broken and dirty: jacuzzi, pool, pool bar and sauna. Thus, the pictures advertised are not current and inaccurate. We have complained about it on arrival day and everyday after, which we have documented in writing and have pictures everyday to substantiate. The hotel manager told us to write her the email once again at the end of our stay. Only to replied that she has not heard any complaints and have offered us alternatives when we were at the hotel. This is 100% untruthful. Not maintaining your hotel is one thing, lying about it afterwards and hiding facts are another. Stay away from such unethical business.

Quiero destacar que Lucio Molina nos recibió desde el primer momento en que llegamos con una gran disposición y amabilidad, preocupado de cada detalle, y regalos en la habitación. Fuimos atendidos por él, Javiera y otros, además de quienes trabajaban en el restaurant con gran cariño, lo que nos permitió experimentar una estadía espectacular. Perfect stay in San Pedro

Great hotel for a few days R&R after a very busy few weeks traveling. Pool area is small, but not overcrowded. Breakfast was good and very good coffee. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Sebastian on the front desk who went above a beyond to help us! Thank you Noi Casa Atacama for a lovely stay.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay for three nights over New Years. All of the stay were very helpful and bilingual. The location of the hotel we excellent, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the center of town, very convenient. All of our meals were great, the room very clean and the WiFi worked throughout. We had a great stay.

A great choice to staying you want a comfortable hotel with a great pool and spa courtyard. I’m an Expedia platinum member and this hotel was listed as a VIP perk hotel. Indeed, the hotel upgraded me from a delux room to a suite. A bottle of red wine and a cheese board awaiting in my room. Great hotel.

Não vale o preço que cobra

O Hotel é razoável, mas pelo valor da diária não vale a pena. O atendimento é ok, não fazem muita questão de te ajudar, perguntar se precisa de algo e etc. Quando solicitamos que vissem a tv do quarto que não funcionava e outros pontos, demoraram 3 dias para tanto (tivemos que reclamar algumas vezes). Os quartos são escuros, o que dificulta a organização da mala em geral, ainda mais pensando no deserto (temos sempre que usar camadas e era realmente dificil enxergar as roupas pretas). Não há ar condicionado nas acomodações, e não se engane, durante a noite passamos muito calor (mesmo com as temperaturas mais baixas do lado de fora). O café da manha é sempre o mesmo, não há muitas opções. A comida do restaurante não é boa (recomendo comer na cidade) e a cama dos quartos era terrível, barulhenta e desconfortável. Único ponto positivo é a limpeza, sempre impecável (assim como a simpatia das camareiras). No geral, não recomendaria o hotel para ninguém. Foram 8 estadias que não valeram a pena, se eu pudesse, teria mudado de hotel.
