The pool and gardens here are excellent. Internet not so much. You can tell the Hotel is suffering because of Covid but it's still lovely.

We were 2 blocks from the beach. It was very quite. The grounds and pool were beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all fantastic and spoke english.

Super bonito, bien ubicado y todos muy amables. Siempre se veia al personal arreglando los jardines y a disposicion de uno. Me encanto.

Las instalaciones del hotel están hermosas mucha vegetación,la alberca muy limpia en general buena atención un lugar muy agradable para descansar en familia.

Una hacienda muy bonita, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda, la alberca y los jardines están en excelentes condiciones. En general, cumplió con todas mis necesidades. Lo recomiendo.

Hemos visitado varias veces el hotel y cada vez se va mejorando en sus instalaciones y el lugar es bastante tranquilo, si buscas relajarte es la mejor opción.

Expansive grounds when most places don't have much. And at a good price. Good location. It was not very clean. Cleaning staff would take used towels but not replace them. There were many little bugs crawling around.

La estancia en el Hotel fue muy placentera, hay una alberca preciosa y muy limpia, todo alrededor está lleno de árboles, palmeras y variedad incréible de vegetación. Les pediría que los cojines decorativos de la cama o los lavan bien o pongan otros nuevos. Las sábanas y almohadas están bien limpias, algo de mantenimiento en el baño, la puerta no cerraba bien y otros detalles pequeños. Sugiero que actualicen su página de Internet ya que cambiaron las condiciones con respecto a las mascotas, o sea que ya no las aceptan y nosotros llevabamos a la nuestra , pero hicieron una excepción . Para la próxima ya sé que no la puedo llevar.

Recepción sucia y descuidada, recepcionista nada profesional, aspecto y olor habitación terrible, no me aloje , busque otro hotel y me alojé y perdí pago de reservación, imposible quedarse.
