Our booking was 'confirmed by Expedia' but when we arrived, the advertised 'front desk' was not there, there were no staff and the guests around the pool said that the whole place was rented out with long term visitors. We couldn't reach Expedia without a cell phone and were left to go find something late on a Sunday night of a long weekend when the town was full. Very dissapointing!!
