Die Naturnser Hochwart (italienisch Guardia Alta) ist ein 2608 Meter hoher Berg im Zufrittkamm der Ortler-Alpen. Die Hochwart befindet sich im italienischen Südtirol und trennt die Vinschger Gemeinde Naturns von der Ultner St. Pankraz.
