““I had a fantastic stay at Velto Serene. Luis, the manager, and the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The view of the lake and nature was stunning, the room was cozy, and the jacuzzi was a treat. The chefs made great food, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful place in Guatapé, this is perfect—and I’d give it more than five stars if I could!” I will be backfor sure😊”

“excelente hotel , servicio, instalaciones y el restaurante delicioso.”

“Excelente hospedaje. Completamente recomendado”

“This seems to be a property intented for a different sort of use, not really a hotel type of accomodation. There are no ammenities within the property and although the staff are very welcoming and willing to help, all food needs to be ordered for delivery. The "villa" type room, was more a living room adapted to be a room. So no temperature control (warm during the day, cold during the night), no closet. Blackouts and floor pretty worn out. We spend 3 nights and never figured out how to adjust...

“Tranquilidad al maximo”

“The property is beautiful but the breakfast is just okay. The amenities if you have a room up top the amenities are completely at the bottom and if you have any fear of heights I wouldn't recommend staying here. However the property is beautiful and it is in the very remote location”
