We did not have a car and quite frankly I wouldn't suggest one. Uber was great and inexpensive and timely! The bar in the Zumo restaurant on the roof - they served drinks at your table. They were very good!

Excellent hotel!!! Very cute, large room, splendid view from the restaurant terrace, great food, good breakfast (included), great location (about 5-7 min walking to main square) fireplace in the room, pleasant staff , very good in room coffee, very clean. I have only very positive things to say about this property. Not sure why it gets only 3 1/2 stars. My opinion: definitely a 4, and the price made it a 5 star for me. Great stay!

hotel was clean and staff was accommodating and super friendly breakfast was delicious and resturant rooftop view was spectacular spent few hours on rooftop resturant enjoying 180 degree panoramic view best part of this hotel is that its quiet and its in a safe area and you dont need to uber.your can walk everywhere in town.would recommend to stay here.

We stayed 2 weeks in the Villa Franca room, which is HUGE. (Friends stayed in other rooms with mixed results… one is right beside the check in desk. Bed was comfortable. Closet in bathroom offered good storage. Breakfast on rooftop every morning was wonderful. Staff in hotel and restaurant were lovely. Great location close to cathedral. Things to consider: hotel is tricky to get to. Sidewalk turns to stairs that bring you down to the front door. Traffic, church bells and fireworks can be noisy—bring earplugs. There was a light sewage scent in the bathroom.

The room was nice and spacious. Nice AC. Good breakfast. Good staff. Room Meyer room is directly under the restaurant Zumo. They host late night events - guests coming down the stairs , moving chairs and tables, LOUD. To be fair the only noise that bothered me was the night it went on until midnight. We were told on arrival night that there was one event until 8 pm and that was ok as we were out. But they hosted several events.
