Fantastic Experience!!!

My wife and I had such a wonderful stay at Tres Fuentes!!! The Owners, Ricardo and Maria, made us feel so welcome. And our Hostess, Magdalena, was just an angel attending to our every needs. The setting was so beautiful and the view from our second floor balcony was stunning!!!

We absolutely loved this property. Jesus and his staff provided excellent service and were so accommodating to anything we needed. This is a very old property and hence the bathrooms could use some renovations and updating but they were very clean as well.

A wonderful find! Highly recommend the room Fuente Swarovski. Very roomy and classy. The hotel was right next to the Parque Benito Juárez and close to great restaurants. Hotel was also communicative and helpful. Needed a baby crib and needed to book a driver for the ride to the airport. They responded within a few minutes and had both things organized for me.

I felt like a stepped into a magical space when I came through the unassuming door off the street. I immediately felt my stress levels drop. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special and I will truly miss my leisurely and excellent meals on the covered veranda overlooking the gardens and fountains.

Excelente estadia, muchas gracias!

Fueron muy amables al recibirnos, en general las personas encargadas fueron muy accesibles y amables todo el tiempo. Me fascino el jardin para desayunar por las mañanas y un dia de esos hubo musica de piano en vivo. 100% recomendado. Ademas que el centro esta a unas cuadras caminando no esta tan complicado llegar sin auto desde el hotel. Muchas gracias por su bonita hospitalidad.

El hotel limpio y bonitos jardines. Teniamos desayuno incluido , nos indicaron al llegar que era buffet , el primer dia no estuvo bien la atencion, y no fue de mi agrado el desayuno. al segundo dia nos indicaron que el buffet tenia un costo. Entonces no hubo desayuno incluido. :( . Ojo. No me gusto que me cobraran de mas, porque al parecer las politicas las cambio hasta el 2do dia. En cuanto a mi habitacion el baño era muy pequeño no podias cerrar la puerta.
