Beautiful place with immaculate view the check in was super everyone was so polite and greeted us so kindly when we arrived gave us clear instructions on how to use the wifi and get in our condo the place was so nicely put together with all your basic necessities and toiletries everything was so clean and organized as well the location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and the cathedral i would 1000% recommend and will definitely come back

This was an amazing stay! We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath and every detail was amazing. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds are sooo comfortable, you must stay here. Luz Maria and Alejandro were so helpful during our stay- always helping us out with any questions or recommendations. They are amazing staff and definitely deserve a raise. The views are amazing! We didn’t have a direct view, but the terazzas were amazing in there views. 100/10 recommend staying here!!

Here’s a more polished and elevated version while keeping the warmth and enthusiasm: ⸻ Our stay was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. A special shoutout to Luzma at the front desk—she welcomed us so warmly, shared wonderful recommendations for exploring the city, and made us feel like we were her top priority. Thanks to her, we truly felt like VIPs at a luxurious five-star property. The property itself is brand new, and it shows in all the best ways. Everything is impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully designed. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit with a balcony, which offered stunning views of the city, its beautiful cathedrals, and the valleys below. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities—such as the rain-head shower, smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi—made our stay even more enjoyable. Valet parking was also seamless and stress-free. We can’t say enough good things about this property. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

Staff very unprofessional. I reserved wrong dates Tues-Sat instead of Wed-Sund. As soon as I realized I had made wrong purchase I immediately called the condo within 1 minute of purchase directly. Staff assured me there was no problem that they would move my reservation since the condo was not rented Sat and I can checkout on Sun. Upon check in a confirmed of my departure date Sund and they said everything was taken care of that it was no problem. Sat morning at 9am the cleaning crew tied to enter my unit which I had locked from the inside. I told the crew that I spoken to staff about Sun checkout. 30 min later I see the cleaning crew that if everything was cleared up and assured me that everything was fine. I leave to breakfast and at 11:30am I get a message that I must remove my belongings because they had rented out. They told me they were “looking” for another unit for me to stay and didn’t have anything available. Only until I had told him about me leaving feedback all of a sudden the penthouse suite was available. I declined because by that time I had already booked another place that would take me in on Sat morning due to my luggage. Unprofessional
