The best part about this hotel was the location. However our room was small, poorly lite and a little stuffy. We had a small fan to work with. We didn't get hand towels and I had to request a mat to place on the bathroom floor after getting out of the shower. There were no lotion or shampoo, no refrigerator to keep anything cold. No free water , coffee or anything offered. The Spa is not a part of the hotel it's by association. Virtual communication is difficult when you need an immediate response. I bought from home my own white wash cloth which was removed by the maid. It took 3 days to get it returned. Worst of all the water in shower was cold. The sink had warm water. I could not recommend this place if you want a hot shower and definitely not in the summer heat.
