Resort is great! We stayed in San Domingo condo. Staff was nice and friendly. We mentioned the bad reviews on theft issues. They did not denied it and assured they were addressed. Great place for families to stay. Pool is heated so we enjoyed it even with in cold weather.
It was big and spacious . The decor was modern and beautiful . Lots of room for everyone . The staff was very friendly and gracious . Will definitely stay again !
Had an amazing experience. Staff was friendly, food in restaurant was delicious. Only complaint was there was no hot water during our stay.

Housekeeping stole my money $300.00!! When I spoke to the manager Iban Torres…he said I should
Have left my money in the safe!! But I was not aware of daily cleaning. I was under the impression it was an airnb!! Either way my money should not have been taken by hotel personnel. We were never told about the ammenities the hotel had to offer! We were given keys and told to have a great time! The manager told
Me..the only thing they could advise me was to file a police report with Mexican authorities. He never apologized on the behalf of his staff!! Very poor service. So basically, if you plan on staying here don’t leave your money behind!
Overall the place was below standard and what was advertised.
The two bathrooms smelt of sewage our entire stay. Amenties were scare in a unit for 4 people. Breakfast was terrible. They ran out of milk and could not be bothered to buy this. Pool was cold and the steam room was not operational. I will not be returning to this place again.
Before my trip I received several messages from this property asking for additional fees. I didn’t pay and after an intense exchange they finally honored the rate Expedia charged me. Upon arrival I was charged a $100 damage deposit, even though the staff verified there was absolutely no damages to the room when I decided to leave, I have not received my deposit back. The staff were consistently rude and unwilling to help during my stay. The resort amenities are nothing like what’s advertised. The “spa” and steam room had not been working for months. The gym was outdated and dirty. The “restaurant” was staffed with one person for breakfast to cook and serve and the opening hours posted were not observed - 8 am was really 8:45. The room had a foul sewer smell, I found it unbearable and cut my stay short. It’s surprising that Expedia would do business with this property. I need my deposit back and have received no response from them.

There is a few staff members, restaurant is limited in working hours, there is nothing nearby room was ok for 1 night stay but not for longer stays, bed was not good to rest. Rooms need extra maintenance
Very nice. But I had to cut my Vaca a day short. Due to an emergency. I couldn't get a refund. Trying to contact someone at Expedia but no one seems able to help.😧
The problem we experience was on second day there we had no hot water, when we reported the problem we were told that maintenace had left for the day. We loved the property and plan to revisit the area. THanks the Garcia's untell next time.

The staff was very unfriendly and the customer service was terrible. I rented a stay for 5 people and only 2 waters were provided. I asked if I could get some water sent to the room and was told they would check with a supervisor, never got a response. The stove did not work, and I was told they would reach out to a supervisor and again nobody got back to me. It was on the pricier side, and I was expecting a reasonable level of customer service, but the staff is truly incompetent and asks you to contact a supervisor even for truly minor requests.
The rooms don’t have heat and for kids was very cold. We reserved for 3 nights but we left on the second day again was very cold for my little ones. They don’t have portable heater to offer the restaurant it’s for 9 to 4 pm only
No lock on sliding doors so we don’t feel comfortable leaving our things on the room
My reservation when I arrived at the hotel, was not there , they gave me an emergency room after arguing a long wait, the room was smaller, with capacity for 6 people and not for 8 as I requested, the staff attention was terrible, I didn’t have towers , blankets , and when asked for them they told me that I had to go get them .

El desayuno que está incluido es malísimo, servicio lento, el bufet está frío, los alimentos los calientan en los platos que te sirves
Al final nos cambiaron de departamento y la estancia mejoró
Hubieron algunos detalles que nos hubiera tener desde un principio, pero que tuvimos que solicitar, éramos 4 huéspedes y no había cubiertos, tuvimos que pedir y solamente nos dieron dos servicios, también solicitamos ganchos ya que llegamos y no había y no nos dieron los suficientes para 4 personas ( nos dieron 8) dos ganchos por persona, se les sugiere abastecer lo necesario en proporción a el número de huéspedes, en general todo lo demás estuvo bien, también la limpieza se tuvo que solicitar día con día por qué el día que no la solicitamos no la realizaron, ojalá pudieran poner un espejo de cuerpo completo
