The property was very beautiful. We stayed in Santo Domingo, which was very spacious, beautiful, and clean. However, the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn’t working, and they left us like that for two days. I had to be very firm with them, and eventually they gave us another room, desk people was not friendly. We went there for a wedding, and there were seven families staying at the property. Unfortunately, one of the families had their safe opened and their money was stolen. It was very sad, Restaurant was slowly and it’s not necessary to pay for breakfast is just two thing eggs and chilaquiles

Resort is great! We stayed in San Domingo condo. Staff was nice and friendly. We mentioned the bad reviews on theft issues. They did not denied it and assured they were addressed. Great place for families to stay. Pool is heated so we enjoyed it even with in cold weather.

Room: we had a 2 bdr 2 bath looks just like an apartment. Had a small kitchen which I didn't use. Very quiet, bed was comfy, AC working well and very chic looking. Location: was safe and gated,clean and 15-20 min from El centro. I arrived at 5am walked into the small lobby which was freezing cold and lonely. I thought maybe I can have breakfast hang out in waiting area for a bit but restaurant did not open until 8am so I ended up paying for a night just to stay warm and nap. Glad night were available. Restaurant: food was not what I expected to be. Chilaquiles were chips with warm sauce,beans, rice and only on weekends. Kitchen closed early because we wanted a cocktail after 10pm. Hotel: premises and main pool was nice. They have a section where people live there also.

Housekeeping stole my money $300.00!! When I spoke to the manager Iban Torres…he said I should Have left my money in the safe!! But I was not aware of daily cleaning. I was under the impression it was an airnb!! Either way my money should not have been taken by hotel personnel. We were never told about the ammenities the hotel had to offer! We were given keys and told to have a great time! The manager told Me..the only thing they could advise me was to file a police report with Mexican authorities. He never apologized on the behalf of his staff!! Very poor service. So basically, if you plan on staying here don’t leave your money behind!
