Would not recommend! The hotel messed up my reservation, so put us into a room with broken barn doors and no windows - I have pictures. You could literally see through the door. The room was next to reception, and the staff would talk and make noise all night. The hotel was super loud, and one night the staff just walked into our room at 2 AM to "check" the room. We had to put a chair against the door to feel safe. On top of it, they would serve breakfast in the hall outside our room door and it sounded like a party every morning was happening next to the bed. Add in the 7 am wordless screaming and be prepared for no rest at all. The tub didnt drain, and the water was either boiling or freezing. Horrible.

Nice little hotel. Well run. However our room was facing the street and it was very noisy at night. I think there is a bar across the street, Very hard to sleep. Also, it took the valet parking attendant over one hour to bring our car!

Buen lugar y servicio

el lugar es agradable y el personal muy atento, lo uníco a considerar es el tiempo para cuando te traen tu vehículo, considera esperar o pedir tu vehículo al menos 30 min antes de tu salida, pero es un lugar muy agradable y centrico.

Mala experiencia, las señoritas en recepción no estaban capacitadas para responder nuestras preguntas/dudas cuando había algún problema. Ningún gerente para ayudarnos a solucionar el problema. Los baños viejos, las toallas percudidas. Había habitaciones que no tenían puerta entre la recámara y el baño. Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación. No lo recomiendo

Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. Los baños viejos, algunos sin puerta. Las señoritas de recepción no podían contestar nuestras preguntas. Se fue la Luz en dos de las habitaciones y no había nadie Que pudiera solucionar el problema.

No cuentan con servicio de comida/snacks/cafe. Y no hay negocios cercanos que los proveean. Todos los negocios cercanos que ofrecen desayunos, no habren temprano y el hotel no cuenta con ese servicio.

Urge mantenimiento, por lo menos pintarlo!

El hotel está mal cuidado, le urge mantenimiento, ni siquiera lo han pintado, se ve que lo tienen abandonado. El personal muy amable y la ubicación excelente. El estacionamiento está muy lejos, se tarda mucho el Valet Parking por la distancia.

Muy confortable. Excelente

Hotel muy confortable, rustico. Muy comodas habitaciones. toallas y ropa de cama limpias. Medidas de seguridad COVID presentes y conforme a las disposiciones de la Secretaria de Salud Estatal y Federal. A solo dos cuadras de la zona centro. Amenidades, bares y restaurantes a solo unos pasos. Debes saber que cada 7 dias las monjas de la iglesia celebran a una imagen y detonan cohetones a las 06:00AM y 9:00PM por lo que debes estar atento y no asustarte. Son tradiciones del pueblo de San Miguel de Allende. SI no te gusta consideralo en tus planes de viaje.
