The staff there are super friendly. We booked the wrong date, but they tried the best to accommodate us. They could make it better (profitable) if bathrooms are renovated/redone. Anyway, the price reflects the quality, it is friendly to shoestring travellers.

Great staff and beautiful property. The hallway and other rooms can echo or be loud a but especially with kids. I had dog and kid coughing issue. Room was great had a small amount of natural light the bathtub could use a reglazing. The hotel staff was amazing and helped me address and move room if requested. The patio and balcony have great vibe/ views and will return again!!

Nice place to stay. Convenient location in centro SMA. Room was clean and everything worked. I experienced a slight roof leak with the heavy rains and was promptly moved to another room when requested. I ate at the restaurant three times. Food was good as was the service. Would stay here again.

No cell phone signal anywhere in the hotel, not even in the reception area, and the Internet signal is atrocious. So I had no way to make an urgent call. I could not use WhatsApp (Internet was so bad my interlocuter could not hear me and vice versa) or either of my two cell phone services, Telcel or AT&T. No windows in my room to the outdoors. Windows open out the reception area, which is extremely noisy when guests converse with the receptionist. Cold and hot water faucets in the shower are switched vis-a-vis the convention (hot in on the right). I wasted gallons before figuring it out. People are friendly.

Little cute hotel for our girls trip to San Miguel de Allende. The reviews were right. Its a cozy and clean space. Their rooftop restaurant, the views and the staff service were the highlights for us. We had a nice sleep and enjoyed our stay. This is a wonderful place to stay right in zone central in San Miguel de Allende. The staff and owner and restaurant people are all very kind and helpful. The service is excellentb The beds are comfortable, shower water is hot. The linens are clean and crisp. I came in early from a redeye flight and they let me check in early so I could get some sleep. This is my go to place now coming to San Miguel.

Excellent experience. I arrived 2 hours early with the hopes of leaving my luggage while I ran a few errands and was accommodated with early check-in. My room was so freshly cleaned that the sink was still damp, so I greatly appreciate the hustle to make it happen. The 3 front desk staff persons who were present during my stay were exceptionally friendly and communicative. The location is in the heart of Centro perfect for wherever you want to go - day or night. I walked to all of my destinations but nearby bus and taxi options were available, too. The one thing that I must point out is that if you have mobility issues, this isn't going to work. You'll have to either walk up a series of steps or a series of fairly steep ramps both to enter the building and to get to the guest rooms. This was a challenge with my 2 very heavy surveyed, and I didn't have mobility chalkenges. When the airport shuttle driver picked me up, he said the building was converted from a hospital, so the floor layout made sense. The only true downside for me was the noise. There's no buffer. I was on the second floor and could clearly hear it when the hotel phone rang downstairs. My bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets in the wardrobe for the cool nights. I'd stay again for 1 or 2 nights.
