Hotel was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Only thing was their was some people staying downstairs and used the patio area that was next to my room and she has a very load voice I was trying to get some rest and she was having a full on conversation with someone else she was very load and noisy I couldn’t rest. But other that hotel was good.

The hotel staff was very friendly and acommodating. The rooms were clean and had great AC that kept the room fresh. Shower pressure was very good and strong. It is a little far from el centro and taxis do take about 10 mins to come when the hotel calls them for you. But being outside of el centro was nice because the area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Todo bien, salvo que la habitacion que nos tocó (Guinda) esta muy cerca de la calle y se filtra demasiado el ruido. El desayuno estuvio bien, aunque no tenian todo lo que tienen listado en su menu.

The breakfast menu had a good selection of breakfast options. The fruit was fresh and delicious. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The housekeeper kept the room clean each day. My only complaint is that we were only given hand towels and bath towels. We did not receive any wash cloths.

Las habitaciones tienen un gran ventanal que da al pasillo de entrada y terraza del desayuno , hay muchísimo ruido , afuera de las habitaciones hay sillones donde las personas se sientan a platicar en voz alta sin ningún respeto por la hora . El lugar es lindo pero no para descansar

Free Valet Parking ! Our stay included breakfast. Although the menu for the included breakfast was limited (I think around 10 choices), the food was prepared fresh, delivered quickly to the table, well presented, and quite filling. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and patient with my very limited Spanish skills. It's not far from the Jardín (0.5 miles – a 15-minute uphill walk), and the area near the hotel has many restaurant options close by. Tienditas, Farmacias y Cafés are within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel is on a quieter street, so the noise level wasn't bad at all. The only downside I experienced was the lack of an in-room coffee machine, even though I think it was listed as an amenity on Expedia. We'd stay there again.
