Simplemente es un buen lugar para descansar y pasar unos días en familia. Su alberca con agua termal esta genial. San Miguel de Allende está a 10 minutos y puedes ir a pasear a la ciudad.

La propiedad la venden como un hotel 4 estrellas Y nada de eso es super viejo las camas super incomodas hay demasiados moscos tienen unos gatos que se te avientan a la mesa cuando estas comiendo Segun tiene aguas termales y el agua no esta caliente tiene varias albercas sobre todo una techada y solo habilitan una los precios del restaurante son excesivos y para llegar esta horrible

Teníamos muchas expectativas sobre este lugar pero en realidad está descuidado, luce muy viejo, el baño de nuestra habitación estaba tapado, la tina de hidromasaje no funcionó correctamente, algunos empleados atienden de mala gana, el jacuzzi al aire libre tiene costo adicional, el agua no está fría pero tampoco es termal, sólo hay una opción de restaurant y la comida no es buena, no puedes ingresar alimentos de otro lado porque te amenazan con cobrarte 1,500 pesos... en general dista mucho de lo que aparece en redes sociales.

Al lugar le falta mantenimiento en varias cosas, si bien es un lugar rústico creo que si hay cosas que pueden mejorar. En general la estancia fue regular, la comida es muy buena y los masajes excelentes. Pero al lugar le falta por mejorar cosas.

Venimos hace muchos años y decidimos regresar. El hotel se ve muy viejo ya , el jacuzzi de afuera ya no estaba lleno, la alberca bastante descuidada igual qué algunas áreas El agua de la alberca qué es el atractivo principal estaba tibia pero no caliente cómo agua termal . No sé si regresaría , me quedo a deber de la primera vez qué vine
