Great property, clean,comfortable, great price, only it’s not in the down town are like it says it’s about 15 min away. I was there for a wedding and it really inconvenience my stay as I was far from where all our events for the weekend were and I had kids with me. Again it’s not in the down town location like it says.

La casa en bonita. Buena comunicación con huésped.

LO MALO: Al llegar al lugar nos dimos cuenta que en la casa no había agua. Nada, cero. Imaginen la sorpresa viajando con niñas pequeñas y una bebé. Tampoco había internet ni tv por cable. Nos informaron que hubo una ruptura de la cisterna de agua 48 hrs antes de nuestra llegada, y no nos informaron para poder tomar una decisión antes al respecto. La propiedad es manejada por una empresa llamada HostPal. En la publicidad de la casa se rentaba como “Casa con alberca” lo cual es engañoso ya que la casa está en una colonia que cuenta con alberca pera en un área común para todas las casas. En las fotos hacen parecer que la alberca está en la casa. LO BUENO: La comunicación con la gente de la empresa fue muy buena, respetuosa. Lograron resolver los problemas de agua y conectividad en las primeras 3-4 hrs de nuestra llegada. La casa es muy bonita, la colonia tranquila y amena. Familiar. El resto de la estancia fue muy agradable. Es decir, sin los problemas iniciales, la estancia fue buena.
