The boutique-style hotel provided an enjoyable experience. The room was charming and elegantly appointed. The staff exhibited both friendliness and professionalism. The sole observation I have is that I was assigned room number 101, which is situated adjacent to a storage area. Consequently, early morning employees enter the room and engage in conversations that are audible throughout the morning. This noise can make it challenging to obtain restful sleep. However, aside from this minor inconvenience, the hotel was otherwise beautiful and very nicely decorated.

Our stay at Casa Quebrada was a delight. We had 3 rooms. parents, kids and grandparents. The rooms were clean, comfortable and super convenient to checking in on one another. A few comments and suggestions to the hotel: Offer more coffee daily, make sure each room has a chair in it and chairs on the patio to enjoy the outside. overall, it's a great location, you are about 5 to 10 minute walk from dozens of restaurants and galleries. We always felt safe and never had any concerns about the kids. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Casa Quebrada! This cozy boutique hotel is a perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The rooms are thoughtfully designed—comfortable beds, air conditioning, fully equipped bathrooms, a safety box, and even a Nespresso coffee maker for that perfect morning brew. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience feel personal and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, and there are countless options for dining and drinks just steps away. One thing to note: the hotel doesn’t have elevators, so if you have mobility restrictions, it’s a good idea to contact them in advance to request a ground-level room. They’re very accommodating and happy to help. Overall, Casa Quebrada is a delightful place to stay and truly captures the spirit of San Miguel. Highly recommended!
