We had a wonderful stay as a family. The staff were always smiling, polite, and very welcoming. There was a great variety of food options, including choices that suited our children, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible, well maintained, and family-friendly. Positives. The rooms are nice and the hotel is kept clean. Negatives. They are unresponsive. I had no hot water in my room and they did nothing for 6 days despite raising the issue 4 times. Cold showers for £200 per night !!! The hotel is right next to an airport with about 8-10 planes an hournduring the day. Peace and quiet there is not Other. The food is okay. Its not great and not as good as you would get at other places of a similar price point.

adult pool, quiet in rooms, yummy food, night food, nice staff, remembered us, pillow options, bed, shower, few bugs, hike, walking to ocean, clean, close to airport. We didn't need one, but we found out that there was no nurse or doctor on the property. It's nice when there is one.

We were only there for one night as a stopover but we were really impressed, especially with the breakfast buffet. Everything was beautifully presented, lots of choices and very clean. Also enjoyed the entertainment and cocktails from the bar. The pool area was also beautiful just wish we were able to stay longer!

We felt all the facilities were excellent and the Staff were always friendly, helpful and respectful. The choice and quality of food could not have been better. The accommodation for guests was superb; beds were very comfortable and it was good to have a bath as well as a shower.
