The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that. The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which is what I paid for. It was some sort of flooding or water problem. Why not just explain that to me when I checked in? Why not just give me options? I believe I overpaid for what I stayed in.

Von außen sauberes Haus, ganz in Ordnung Also die Schampoo Reste in der Dusche vom Gast davor, und die Haare im Zimmer verteilt auch von anderen GĂ€sten lies der Sauberkeit zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Abgesehen vom schwarzen Schimmel und Stockflecken in unmittelbarer SchlafnĂ€he. Wir haben uns dafĂŒr entschieden BettwĂ€sche von der Unterkunft zu beziehen, um nicht die viel GepĂ€ck zu haben. Ja es gab keine Bettdecken, sondern jediglich 2 Bettlaken, eins fĂŒr die Matratze, und eins zum zudecken. Wer leicht friert sollte selbst eine Decke mitnehmen und nicht 8 Euro dafĂŒr zahlen

Es hieß zunĂ€chst: Check in ab 10 Uhr. Doch wenn man ankommt, darf erst am Nachmittag das Zimmer bezogen werden. FĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher muss man nochmal extra zahlen! Es hieß explizit, ParkplĂ€tze seien inklusive: das stimmt aber nicht, da auf dem GelĂ€nde lediglich 4-5 PlĂ€tze fĂŒr das gesamte Mietshaus zur VerfĂŒgung stehen. Man muss also irgendwo anders weit weg parken. Es hieß, es gĂ€be eine Terrasse / Balkon. Wir hatten keine, da man uns ein Erdgeschoss Zimmer gegeben hatte. Das negativste war allerdings der Zustand der Wohnung. Dreckige WĂ€nde, herunter hĂ€ngende und löchrige Gardinen, zerfetzte DuschvorhĂ€nge etc. etc. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist dĂŒrftig und verlangt KreativitĂ€t. Positiv: die Klimaanlage kĂŒhlt und die Lage zwischen Strand und Touri-Gegend ist ganz okay. Man sollte sich hier aber wirklich nur einquartieren, wenn man die meiste Zeit draußen unterwegs ist, so wie wir es gemacht haben. Man will definitiv so wenig Zeit wie möglich in diesem Apartment verbringen.

NotĂ© arrivĂ©e Ă  partir de 10h. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s peu aprĂšs 10h mais nous avons du attendre car les prĂ©cĂ©dents n'avaient pas encore rendu les clĂ©s. On nous a contactĂ© Ă  12h45 pour nous dire que nous pouvions venir. Avec des jeunes enfants ce n'est pas trĂšs pratique. Appartement nettoyĂ© rapidement avant notre arrivĂ©e. Les boutons des plaques de cuisson Ă©taient cassĂ©s. Dommage Ă©galement d'ĂȘtre avertis qu'il n'y a pas de linge de lit ni de serviette ni papier toilette aprĂšs la rĂ©servation et non avant. PossibilitĂ© d'en louer certes mais coĂ»t supplĂ©mentaire. Le parking n'est pas pratique non plus. On se retrouve facilement coincĂ©s par les autres voitures et ne pouvons donc pas sortir sans trouver le propriĂ©taire de l'autre voiture

Im Badezimmer schimmelt es an einigen Ecken. Der Handtuchhalter ist verrostet, der Balkon musste geteilt werden
 war quasi nur durch eine Trennwand geteilt, wo man durchgucken konnte. Als wir abgereist sind und unsere Kaution, die man hinterlegen muss, wieder abholen wollten, haben wir diese Kaution fast nicht wiederbekommen, weil ein Fehler unterlaufen ist und uns die Quittung nicht mitgegeben wurde. Mit guter VerstĂ€ndigung war da auch nichts auf Deutsch
 ParkplĂ€tze sind unter aller Sau. Wenn du dich auf die vorgegebenen ParkplĂ€tze stellst, wirst du innerhalb von 5 Minuten zugeparkt und kommst nicht mehr raus. Wir haben uns dann außerhalb der Anlage hinstellen mĂŒssen. FĂŒrs ganze Haus stehen nur zwei Waschmaschinen zur VerfĂŒgung, die eigentlich durchgĂ€ngig belegt sind. Das einzig positive ist die gute Lage nicht weit ist ein Bankautomat, ein LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft und viele Restaurants, wo man essen gehen kann. Eigentlich alles, was das Herz begehrt viele SchmuckgeschĂ€fte viele Tourismus GeschĂ€fte. Die Dachterrasse ist auch ziemlich schön man hat wirklich einen guten Ausblick von ganz oben.

Check-in war ab 10:00. SchlĂŒssel haben wir erst um 14:00 bekommen, da Zimmer noch nicht fertig gewesen war. An der ZimmertĂŒr festgestellt, dass mit der Reinigung erst jetzt begonnen wurde. Mussten vor der TĂŒr noch 10 min warten. Das Mobiliar war gut, ordentlich, nix kaputt. Die Betten bequem. 4 große dĂŒnne Baumwolldecken waren vorhanden, sauber. Klima funktionsfĂ€hig. WLAN kostenlos, ohne Passwort. Duschabfluss etwas verstopft. Großer Balkon, leider kaum Trennung zwischen unserem und dem Nachbarsbalkon. Man sitzt zusammen mit den Nachbarn praktisch auf einem Balkon an 2 Tischen. FĂŒr die Kommunikation bezĂŒglich des Check-in -Abzug der Sterne. Ansonsten wĂŒrde ich die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen.

Treg innsjekk og utsjekk. Selvom det stÄr at du kan sjekke inn fra 10 fikk vi ikke rommet fÞr kl 13. SvÊrt lite informasjon om innsjekk i forkant av oppholdet, og det gÄr ikke an Ä sende mail til dem. 1,5 km Ä gÄ til nÊrmeste strand med ledige solsenger. DÄrlig renhold i leiligheten. Ikke sÄ mye som en knagg Ä henge et hÄndkle pÄ pÄ badet. DÄrlig trykk i dusjen og svÊrt fÞlsomt blandebatteri. Det var veldig lytt pÄ rommet. Ingen gjennomlufting pÄ balkongen, sÄpass tett luft at det ikke gikk an Ä sitte der ute selv etter solnedgang. Parkeringen er veldig trang og dÄrlig organisert.

Waren somit die einzigen im ganzen Haus, was sehr angenehm war, jedoch fehlte es an HandtĂŒchern (gegen eine GebĂŒhr von € 4 konnte man sich welche ausborgen). Es fehlte an Schlafkomfort und warmen Steppdecken zum Zudecken. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett jedoch einzelne Matratzen, was das schlafen unangenehm machte. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir erhielten sogar eine Weinflasche vom Unterkunftsgeber. Lager perfekt. Wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum und Strand.
