“Fantastic value. I booked the breakfast & dinner option and was not disappointed. Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. Hotel offers a collection of reading glasses for reading the menu [in case you forgot yours] -- this was something I've never encountered before in my travels. Parking underground is tight, but so is everywhere else in Europe. Short walk to ski lifts. 25...

“Everything was excellent, the bed could use a more comfortable mattress - not bad - but given the quality of everything else, I would think an upgrade to the quality and comfort to the mattress makes sense. ”

“The views are unbeatable from these rooms! Staff is very friendly and all the amenities worked great. Something to consider is that the property seems close to Bolzano on gmaps, however if you're getting there by car it's about 25 minutes outside of town up a VERY winding road. If you don't have a car, there's a bus that leaves from the train station and will drop you off right outside of the property that goes by every hour.”
