The dirt road to the property was in terrible condition and had 8 switchbacks. There was no sign so we spent nearly an hour walking around until we knocked on someone’s door to ask where to go. There was mold in the shower and the coverlet on the bed was stained.

A ideia era reservar esse hotel para descansar, já que ele fica há 40 minutos do centro da cidade. E não tem nada perto. Mas o quarto estava MUITO sujo. A piscina estava bem suja e com muitas crianças gritando, então desistimos de usar. O quarto de cima, faz muito barulho para quem fica no térreo, os hóspedes chegaram na madrugada e dava para ouvir tudo. Não recomendo.

Chic apartamento de ski

Aclaro que fuimos en verano. Situado en las afueras en carretera pasando Chapelco, está situado en una estación de ski. El camino es difícil según qué vehículo pero el lugar es increíble: cabañas nuevas de madera y piedra, estilo rústico moderno, dispone de mini kitchen con todo lo necesario para preparar lo que necesites. El servicio muy cortés. Tiene una piscina medio techada y medio al aire libre con agua caliente: espectacular para relajarse, y sauna seco y húmedo, que te dejan usarlo incluso después del checkout. Handicap? Pues el restaurante que está en la pista de ski está sobrevalorado con precios infladísimos, y volver a San Martín para cenar de noche, difícil camino. Recomiendo usar la cocina de las instalaciones.

Experiência fantástica. O staff do hotel e do restaurante Terrazas é muito educado e prestativo. Quarto sempre limpo. Toalhas de banho sempre trocadas. Cama confortável e grande. La mejor parte de mi viaje fue quedarme en el Refugio, el día siguiente a nuestra llegada empezó a nevar, fue mágico entrar a la piscina temperada mientras nevaba. Las vista son fantásticas, teníamos una chimenea y una cocina equipada. Es ideal para estancias largas. Si vienen en pareja o en familia, las cabañas estan equipadas para todo lo que necesitan. En invierno se habilitan las pistas privadas de ski/snowboard. Si vienen tengan en cuenta que necesitaran auto propio (recomendable) o remisse. Es a 35 minutos del centro, 20k.

O lugar do hotel é de uma beleza diferenciada. Minha estadia durante o outono patagonico foi incrível. Apenas recomendaria ao hotel que melhorasse a sinalização entre a portaria e a entrada do refúgio, também sinalizaria o caminho para o hotel desde a Ruta 40. Chalés confortaveis, lindos e com materiais de muito bom gosto e qualidade. Fui muito feliz em minha estadia
