La atención de Jorge Ruiz a la recepción de hotel es excelente. Regrese por segunda vez al hotel por recomendación de Jorge.. ya que la primera visita no tuve la oportunidad de conocer el club campestre. Está segunda vez acudi con mi famila y quedamos encantados. Tomamos las tour de leyendas, el cual también recomendamos ampliamente. Estaremos de regreso por la excelente atención , tour e instalación

Las habitaciones,.son muy cómodas y el personal es muy atento. Llegamos un poco antes de la hora de check in y pudimos entrar a recorrer el lugar (es muy bonito y sobretodo muy tranquilo), hay varias actividades que puedes hacer en familia, en la noche sugiero tomar la noche de leyendas. El restaurante es muy bueno, la comida es rica y los costos son buenos; el servicio es excelente. Regresaremos! Gracias a Jorge Ruiz por el excelente servicio y acompañamiento!

Bueno para comenzar desde bienvenida la atención del gerente Jesús super bien, una persona muy amable y atenta. Nos mostró a detalle las habitaciones desde la más sencilla hasta la más elegante, todas con una limpieza y orden impecable.,✨✨✨ El restaurante ofrece platillos increíbles,los meseros y cocineros👌, cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle y solicitando nuestra opinión para mejorar. Las amenidades del hotel de 10, los juegos, lanchas, etc. Todo el personal bastante atento pásamos a la zona de granja muy bien. La alberca increíble, muy bien cuidada, limpia, las bombas de calor en la zona de jacuzzi las pusieron a funcionar para poder nadar con el agua calientita. En todo momento están cuidando la limpieza de la misma, y dando mantenimiento. Lo que falta es tiempo para disfrutar de este paraíso, el lago hermoso y un anochecer increíble. Todo súper 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

El lugar esta bien, el lago se ve genial. Faltaria mejorar las canchas de frontenis, estan muy descuidadas dan mal aspecto, y el baño no cuenta con cancel, eso hace que el agua se salga y se haga el charco.

Excelente ubicación para hospedarse si planeas visitar Teotihuacán o despertarte temprano para ver las pirámides desde los aires en un globo. Todo muy limpio y la mejor atención por parte del buen Jorge Ruiz en recepción. Sin duda lo recomiendo para descansar o ir a las pirámides.

La hospitalidad del Gerente e hijo responsables del hotel fue excepcional, se preocupan por dar la mejor experiencia dentro del hotel. Por haber reservado a través de Expedia nos mejoraron las habitaciones a un nivel intermedio sin costo adicional, ademas de otorgarnos un 10% de descuento en los alimentos. La hacienda es muy amplia, limpia, agradable a la vista, tranquila y acogedora. Las habitaciones son amplias con todos los servicios. Ideal para una escapada de fin de semana. Su lago es hermoso, por las noches lo iluminan dando un toque de elegancia dentro de las instalaciones. Su alberca es amplia pero en temporada invernal es fria, el Jacuzzi cuenta con agua templada lo que permite disfrutar del area de albercas. El unico inconveniente fue que las empleadas encargadas de mantener limpia las areas comunes de la alberca nos obligaron a quitar nuestras pertenencias para que barrieran, empolvado nuestras cosas. Hacia frio y nos obligaron a salir mojados de la alberca para que pudieran barrer. Fue incomodo y molesto. Es el unico inconveniente que presentamos en nuestra estadía. Felicito al Gerente del hotel por el gran servicio y atención que nos brindo a mi y mi familia, pero tienen que expandir su filosofia de servicio a sus empleados para que no vuelva a acontecer un desatino como el que vivimos en la alberca. Aun así, sin lugar adudas volvere a realizar otra visita a este agradable hotel. Definitivamente recomendado.

Desde la entrada se siente un ambiente distinto, la intención fue relajarnos, tomar un masaje por la tarde, y ahí nos enteramos que también había Temascal, lo que fue muy oportuno para terminar un día de relajamiento total, en la mañana siguiente fue ir a recorrer su huerto para escoger los vegetales con los que desayunaríamos y recoger de su gallinero. Los huevos que también los tendrían en su Restaurant, que está premiado por su autenticidad y por rescatar la cocina antigua mexicana de haciendas, ingredientes de alta calidad, un servicio estupendo por parte de todo, el personal, cama, cómoda, televisión y un Wi-Fi de alta velocidad que me permitió conectarme en una reunión de trabajo
