The hotel was ok. Great location. Rooms need updates/upgrades. Breakfast could definitely use some love, No hot options and no made to order eggs. The gentleman during check in was very helpful. However, the lady at the front desk during breakfast hours was horrible. She didn't smile and her reply to my questions felt forced. Her demeanor felt like she just wants to be left alone. Hospitality industry needs folks who are good with people. We expect better.
