Fantastic location for exploring the citadel and all the old winding streets of San Marino - literally a five minute walk to the old town. Hotel car parking was straight forward and certainly worth while as we were arriving late afternoon and all the public car parks were full - if you’re driving then worth booking! Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was superb, with food to cater for everyone (we had 7+10 yr old children with us) and the waiter in particular friendly and funny with the children. All in all, a wonderful hotel in San Marino! Would recommend.

The location of the hotel is very nice and the staff was also friendly, though that's the only good thing we can say about this hotel. The breakfast was not so good, the plates were dirty, generally the whole hotel Feely like falling apart. In the room the view was amazing, though it also felt like everything is falling apart and generally it was not clean enough. This place doesn't deserve the 3 stars it has. Maybe it did in the past, but everything feels falling apart.

Good: There was a singing room for singing. Amazing views to the mountains from the rooms at the back of the hotel. Breakfest was good and the staff spoke Italian and perfect English. Improvements: I wish staff would speak Finnish language.

The Joli hotel is in a very walkable section of town and nearby several public parking lots (8E all day). Staff very nice and helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was filled with locals and good food which was much less expensive than the restaurants inside the walled old town.

The Hotel Joli as well located to transportation and sites in the city. The staff has been very welcoming and helpful. The not included breakfast is worth the €12.

This is a great place to spend time in San Marino! Everything is new and modern. Service is exceptional and a view from the room is spectacular! The staff is friendly and always happy to help you. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included and amazing. Location is perfect and not far from Bus Stop. Everything was clean and comfortable. I wish I was still there. Price is the best in the area.

The hotel receptionist was lovely and very helpful, we parked in the hotel parking which was very easy. The hotel rooms themselves could use a little updating but as we were only there for one night it didn’t matter too much. They also wouldn’t recommend us anywhere to eat as they have a restaurant. Generally it was clean and comfortable with a/c and we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location near bus terminal

This property is located about 100 yards from the Bonelli bus stop. It’s a bit of a walk to towers but any visitor to San Marino should expect a lot of walking. There is a tourist train stop right outside the hotel but I have no information on the schedule or cost. The room was small but fine for a solo traveler. The front desk was always helpful. Although the breakfast was not included, I think it was worth the $12. The osteria next door had excellent food at a reasonable price. Outside noises were an unpleasant surprise as my room faced on the roundabout. There was a surprising amount of traffic all night long and I think trash collection happened in the middle of the night - all those wine bottles woke me up. I would encourage guests to request a room away from the street. I would recommend this property.
