Great hotel for a nice stay for Caserta Palace

Staff are very friendly, helpful and pay attention to details. Room, lobby are decorated beautifully. Bath shower needs some work.

Splendid grand building and beautiful great hall with tasteful classical decorations. A good base to stay for visiting Rylal Palace of Caserta. Staff are friendly and professional. Room is clean, quite and comfortable. After extremely tense sometimes chaotic driving and parking in Sorrento-Amalfi region it was a huge relief to park in hotel's wide open courtyard!

We loved our stay here! After 20h of travel, the spa was a life saver. It was open until 9pm which was a nice surprise, and had amazing amenities. Sauna with herbs, steam room, pool, hot tub, spa showers, etc. The room was simple (we booked the standard room with 2h spa), but it was great for the one-night we were here. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend if you are wanting to stop somewhere near Naples airport for a night before heading out to your destination.

They had a money exchange, they did not. You never answered the phone when you call about changing the air conditioning. It was way too hot in the room. The whole stay and the transparency, and they list on their page is not what they provide.

Stayed for 23 days while doing a project at the US Naples Naval Base. Everyone was wonderful. Very caring and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Would like to plan a personal vacation and definitely would stay here.

The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow.

Fancy but old hotel

a fancy looking but outdated hotel. It's a big building good looking on the outside, but the inside is outdated and not well maintained. as well cleaning is done in quick form, no details. The bed was sagging old. The sheets and towels were clean luckily. Breakfast was fresh and well set though. There was one person in the kitchen continuously talking very loud, everyone eating breakfast would just have to listen. All in all, just an easy place for logistical reason, but won't stay there again.
