I stayed here for 5 days and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone! Very clean and the entire staff is very nice. Breakfast is good! I have nothing negative to say and will be staying here for all my future trips!

The staff and cleanliness was good. Everyone was always nice. Unfortunately there was no internet for us and other families on 3rd floor for 2 of 5 days. They told us they got a lot of complaints on internet for third floor but finally fixed finally on third day. Also, the breakfast buffets were done very poorly. Didn’t matter what time we went down, everything empty and not well prepared. Would take 15 min to refill. French toast was usually burnt pan Bimbo with a pound of sugar just thrown in top. Very disappointed in breakfast options and preparedness.

Mi estancia en el Real Inn de San Luis Potosí estuvo lejos de ser lo que esperaba, y en general fue una experiencia decepcionante. La habitación, una Master Suite, no cumplió con las expectativas. Las almohadas eran de pésima calidad y la suite no tenía ni el frigobar ni la cafetera que la descripción prometía. El servicio de limpieza fue terrible. La habitación tenía polvo, manchas en el suelo y humedad en las paredes. Me preocupó notar que ni siquiera lavaron los vasos que usamos, lo que me hizo dudar de la higiene. Además, el baño estaba tapado, la plancha manchó mi ropa y conseguir agua caliente fue un desperdicio de agua y tiempo. El servicio del personal también dejó mucho que desear. Durante el desayuno, un mesero fue mal encarado y poco atento, a diferencia de una empleada que sí fue amable. El peor incidente fue con un empleado llamado Saúl García, quien tuvo una actitud totalmente grosera al negarnos el acceso al estacionamiento del HEB, a pesar de que se nos había ofrecido como alternativa. Mi familia también tuvo problemas con personal grosero en recepción y restaurante. Finalmente, el desayuno fue muy pobre, con opciones sin sabor y poca variedad. La calidad empeoró notablemente el domingo. Debido a todos estos problemas, dudaría mucho en volver a hospedarme en este hotel o en recomendarlo.
