The hotel is good and the staf are nicely and helpful 10/10. But, the windows of the pool and dinner room are too foggy and the plants are unkempt, and the housekeeping isn't very good either. I think it's a bit neglected, even though it's a nice hotel!

The biggest problem with this Hotel are the elevators. Waiting time can be up to 10 minutes. Another thing is that the lobby is located on the 4th floor but no where is a sign indicating how to get there.

Everything was great. From breakfast to the room and other services. The only down fall and pain was that there was only one working elevator for max of only 5 people & some ignored the limit. Some times we had to wait for 10-15mins to go to our room, lobby or to the parking garage.

Elevators were not functioning properly, had to wait 15 minutes sometimes. It was faster to take the stairs even from the 14th floor. All guest I have talked to, were complaining about it. Pool was dirty, pool water freezing. Breakfast not good.

Escogimos esta propiedad porque estaba cerca de los compromisos que teniamos y puea si nos ayudo su ubicación. Pero fue lo unico bueno, ya que se veia bastante descuidado el la infraestructura del hotel, en ningun momento fueron a hacernoa limpieza al cuarto y nunca nos cambiaron blancos. El elvador que no servia nos hizo la vida imposible bajando 8 pisos porque era una espera de hasta 15 min para poder abordarlo.
