It was quiet, I liked that it was next to the park. Walmart was right down the corner and it was a quick 5 minute trip to a shopping center.

The hotel is good and the staf are nicely and helpful 10/10. But, the windows of the pool and dinner room are too foggy and the plants are unkempt, and the housekeeping isn't very good either. I think it's a bit neglected, even though it's a nice hotel!

La habitación y su servicio a cliente increíble. Muy atentos y amables. Pero un inconveniente que desacredita al hotel . Un error muy embarazoso, fue que nos entregaron la habitación y al llegar a ella e introducir la tarjeta para ingresar a la habitación vaya sorpresa … estaba ocupada por alguien mas y fue terrible el impacto de ver a un desconocido dentro de la habitación. El sujeto nos acompañó hasta la recepción para ver tremendo error de duplicar la habitación a dos clientes completamente desconocidos. Nos dieron otra habitación pero sin seguir la petición en la aplicacion de expidia con vista al lago. Lo que me hace pensar que no leen a detalle lo que el cliente elige. Otro detalle mas se nos olvidó un celular y nadie lo entregó a recepción. Y toallas desgastadas, deshilachadas.

Habitación limpia único inconveniente la cama muy pequeña.. estacionamiento seguro personal muy atento a exencion de quedurante el desayuno joven empezó a limpiar las mesas con un producto súper fuerte que empezamos a toser al punto de retirarnos del área de restaurante … pero en general por el precio que pagamos estuvo muy bien

Es un hotel muy descuidado, no tiene personal suficiente, la limpieza de las camareras es muy mala, el papel de baño y los jabones son de muy mala calidad, los baños tienes hongos en las uniones de las locetas, esto pasa también en la alberca. Definitivamente no volvería a regresar.
