The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. For example, we wanted to do laundry and one staff member walked my boyfriend to the closest laundromat to show us exactly where to go. She went above and beyond to help us! We also needed to switch rooms because my boyfriend kept knocking his head against a ceiling beam in one of the rooms due to his height. They placed us in another beautiful room with no issues and were incredibly kind and accommodating during the process. The hotel has a stunning patio and it was so nice to sit and enjoy the ambience of the hotel. Great dining options are walkable, as well as a beautiful park with lively events. We took an Uber to get to the downtown area where the cathedrals and museums are located (probably about a 10 minute drive and it was super easy to get an Uber from the hotel). If you are visiting San Luis Potosí, this is the PERFECT place to stay. Highly recommend.

En el sitio aparece que tiene estacionamiento y no es asi,mi auto tuvo que quedarse frente al hotel en la calle,el cuarto no tiene ventanas ni suficientes enchufes,yo viajo por trabajo y no podia conectar mi lap y mi cel tenia que ser 1 u otro,el baño bien en general,y se escucha mucho ruido tanto de la calle como de las demas habitaciones.

El hotel es muy bonito y comodo. El servicio increible. Rentamos una suite y la cama muy cómoda, solo muy simple, pareciera que esta a la mitad de terminar el interiorismo, tiene una cocineta pero no tenia agua para beber, ni cubiertos (no es un problema grave pero quiza un punto de mejora). La ubicacion excelente. Hoteles.com me lo vendió como con "oferta" en $900mxn pero la realidad es que llegando al hotel nos dijeron que ese es el precio normal. Asi que primero marcaria al hotel directo para conocer sus precios.
